Here in San Antonio there is A LOT of mexican food joints.
Yes, mexican coke is made w/ cane sugar, no the corn syrup crap. It is a lot better. My personal criteria for a Texmex joint: 1) there can be pimply faced white kid or adult oriental behind the counter 2) no one there can speak english better than I can 3) I must feel slightly discriminated against because I am white 4) The salsa must make my tounge numb and eyes sweat. If the place meets all these criteria, bring it! |
