Goatnapper is right that this BYU basketball team is kind of a fluke in that a bunch of really talented LDS players came through the pipeline at once and for some reason didn't go to schools like UCLA. This happens about once every two or three generations. The last time was the Ainge-Durrant-Kite-Roberts era, the true BYU golden age of basketball (still, except for the one run to the Elite 8 I don't think they won an NCAA game). If you bought stock in BYU basketball back around 1-27 and are still holding it, this year might be a good time to look at unloading it. Buy buy buy Utes; that's a good value right now. That's my tip for the day.
The guy that really needs to prove he can win with his own squad is Rose.

My guess is that you have plenty to sell.

Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!! Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith. |

However, you forgot the one unforgettable victory against SMU with the mighty Shawn Bradley under your favorite Cougar coach Roger Reid.

BYU was one Ralph Sampson goaltending no-call away from the Final Four.
