Seriously, did you dress up like a girl and play on the girls ward team so you could dominate.
Maybe some people need to realize that we really CAN'T hang against the big boys. There is no evidence that we ever have been able to on a consistent basis up to this point.

so your goal is to have an undefeated OOC, first and foremost?

Well then I think you have lost your credibility in talking smack with the Utes. They can hang with the big boys.

My goal is to succeed with our current scheduling philosophy first, and then build up from there.

If the NCAA/BCS landscape changes and BYU can extract more reward from taking the added scheduling risk, then BYU can load up accordingly.

Yes and in the past he has indicated as long as BYU wins,
fans will flock to the stadium no matter who they are playing.

I don't think BYU will ever schedule straight winnable games year after year, so we will never know if he is right.

Apples to apples, we have consistently outperformed Utah over the last 27 years.

In reality we don't know what our current scheduling philosophy is. I will bet money the stated philosophy last year has changed.

You won't see a 1AA team scheduled ever again on purpose as long as we are in the MWC.

Yes, Bronco and Holmoe, et.al., do blow smoke up fans butts now and then.

Who gives a crap about the last 27 years. I am concerned about the present and future.

You mean like the stretch from 1979 through 1984? BYU loaded up on pure crap for a home schedule during that stretch. The highest profile non-conference team during that time was probably Baylor in 1984 (they went 5-6) or UNLV in 1981 (they went 6-6).

Care to guess what percentage of capacity attendance BYU got for their home games during those 6 years?
