Whoa, whoa, whoa...what is with the Romney is done talk? Tonight was huge for him, one formerly serious threat is done (Giuliani) another is marginalized (Huckabee), and Romney finished a strong second.

This is going to be a two horse race with a few Southern exceptions maybe for Huckabee, and we all know that the conservative core of the party does not like McCain. I would expect that Romney will have a ticket to some pretty solid pursestrings that are dead set against McCain and who will do anything to beat him. So I believe it will be a slugfest between McCain and Romney that should last quite a while. I think Romney can and probably will eventually win it even though I shudder at that prospect (I'm not sure I could take 4 years of NorCalCat's love poems to Romney).
