C'mon, everyone... this isn't about me.

Use this thread to post your thoughts about what the church is doing (or not doing) that you think it should change.

I know there are plenty of good ideas out there. As Adam inferred, Papal infalliability is not a doctrine of the LDS church.

Fine, I'll bite. Three hours is too long. They should make Church two hours.

The Church should do what the Lord inspires his leaders to do.

Perhaps you ought to rename the thread "What I want the Church to do".

I would be happy if we regularly got that nice potato bread that someone brought a couple of weeks ago. And on those sundays, we should not be limited to just a single morsel of bread. As long as its been broken by the priesthood, lets do half slices, especially on fast sunday.

No, you don't understand. There are people on this board who disagree with what the inspired leaders of the Church are doing.

This is for them.

And you agree with everything they do?

Can't see past the double speak?

I've got one...Do away with the missionary program and turn over converting duties to BYU football...after all, it is a great missionary tool.

I think the church should build the equivalent of Jewish community centers and I would call them the .... Mormon Community Centers

I think they should have some program that young parents can save for the college education of our children (I know there are state programs). I would also like the ability to pay for missions way before they go. Say if you have a boy who is five you start paying an extra 50 or so a month that would count as a sort of mission fund for the kid.
I would like to be able to pay my fast offerings and tithing online.
Two hour church would be perfect...
I think the church should start a bank/credit union with the ability to help young families get into houses and have a venture capital arm that can help members in developing countries (kind of like what the jews do).
I think the church should do more teaching about finances then the whole "stay out of debt/pay your tithing talks". Perhaps lessons in primary YM/YW and gospel doctrine that would help our young one know more about the practicality of their financial decisions.

I would like to see the church open up a BYU in South America that would affordable. I would also like to see them open a medical school with that byu.

I have more but I am digressing from Johnny lingo's request...
