I don't agree. Let the damn bastards that spent the money pay for it. stop spending. Get out of Iraq, after reasonable stability is achieved, reduce entitlements and allow for growth in key sectors.

However, the naive concept, well we've spent too much on cheesey programs, so let's pay for it by overtaxing makes sense to a liberal.
