No. The boys were taken advantage of and manipulated but they had to be into what the teacher was offering in order for the act to take place.

However, if the female teacher forcibly sodomized a child then I would say yes.

That's the problem with this debate--anyone who opposes the death penalty gets accused of defending rapists, murderers, molesters, etc.

Did you read my post? I don't think we should EVER be executing people. So yeah, I, like Jesus, can see the difference between hurting a child and hurting an adult. However, I feel comfortable leaving decisions of life and death into God's hands.
