LaVar Arrington injured in Moter Cycle Accident
I'm sure this is old news by Now:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/s...2=stateChanged LaVar was my favorite player on the Redskins for a long time and he was a fan favorite here as well. He is hands down one of the more talented guys to enter the league in a long long time, but he just hasn't been able to get healthy. I suspect this accident will end his career as the 2008 season seems to be in jeopardy. I thought he would be a Redskin lifer, but he hired a bad agent and fell victim to a shrewed business man in Dan Snyder. I hope that LaVar can make a comeback though, and if not, perhaps he can have a booth or studio career of some kind. He has enough charisma and good will left here in Washington that he could do it.

Why anyone making pro-sports money would ever even sit on a motorcycle is beyond me. The risk just isn't worth it.

I was surprised to read that he had been cut from the Giants in February.
His professional career has been disappointing to watch. The injuries and drama seem to have overshadowed his talent. |

He had something like 7 DC's in 7 years here in Washington or something ridiculous like that. They all had their own vision for him, but none of them just let him kill the QB, which is what he wanted to do, and probably what he should've been doing all along.
