I was disappointed that it ended without some resolution as to the rescue. I was hoping the helicopter would come, but would then open fire on the Losties.

That was the best season finale I've seen in years. As its antithesis we had that awfulness that was the Heroes season finale. I've been hooked on that show all year and thought the finale would be amazing. It appeared to have been written the night before. I'll be surprised if they recover from something that poor.

Great episode, though. It wasn't until I saw all the maps in his apartment that I suspected something might be going on.

I think Kate was with Sawyer and that's who she said would be upset if he knew she was out visiting with Jack.

I agree. And Kate would have showed up at Sawyer's funeral. The person was someone they both felt disdain for. I'm thinking Ben or maybe Locke, since Locke might yet turn into someone or do more things that everyone ends up hating.
