Curling Bar...
I'm looking to buy a 'wavy' curling bar vs. the straight bar. Reason being that I think it will be friendlier on my wrists... other than that, are there any other advantages to getting a wavy curling bar?
I apologize for asking these types of questions, I just know many of you have much superior brain power and think much differently than I do giving much much insight. So sorry and thank you!

The straight curl bar focuses strictly on your bicep where the EZ curl bar focuses on the bicep and the muscle below the bicep. The EZ curl bar is a lot better for your wrists and the difference in workout is minimal. The best place i have found to get excercise equipment is if you call Golds Gym in Orem, they sell all of the old equipment it is in the basement i believe its call Ice Fitness and it is very cheap.

check craigslist also for used exercise equipment. Nothing loses more value after you buy it than this stuff.
