So this Brazilian girl I've been dating, who by the way is a fantastic gal, invited me to Junior's House on Christmas Eve. Junior is the guy who owns and runs the Braza Grill Steakhouse here in Murray/Salt Lake.
There were TONS of Brazilians there. I was the only one who didn't speak Portuguese. I've never seen so much food in one place in my life. It was all delicious. After meeting Junior he is a great guy and I will definetly support his restaurant. His is the classic coming to America story to make money and a living for his family and they are doing great living in a very nice house in Sandy. Everywhere I went I felt like I was stuck in a version of "My Big Fat Greek Wedding".

I have a friend who married a Romanian and he says the same thing...the whole courtship/wedding was like a Communist version of Big Fat Greek Wedding.
Mine seemed awfully boring in comparison...I don't think there's any such thing as a Big Fat Montana Wedding? |
