BYU is 16th in country for attendance as % of stadium capacity.

Utah is 46th, even though their stadium is much smaller.

Boise State is 14th, but you have to factor in that their stadium is almost half the size of LES.

TCU is 85th. Ridiculously bad.

The reason Utah does so poorly is because it is a commuter school. People attend due to proximity and cost. Utah probably produces more BYU fans than any other university in the nation (outside of BYU of course).

Those numbers represent the 2007 season. In 2008, Utah averaged 101% capacity. I don't know about 2009.
