Does it itemize it though?

For example, CatBlue pays $30,000 a month in tithing.

Can he access a statement at the end of the month that says:

1. $10,000: construction costs for temples in City A, B, and C.
2. $5,000: perpetual education fund
3. $10,000: ward budgets for the following wards and stakes
4. $5,000: Utah Woolen Mills to cover the costs of expensive new suits, shoes, etc for GAs that are otherwise not earning income.

But, I'm curious why it is really not charitable to contribute even if the motives are not wholly selfless, and why anybody can excuse Biden, if the information is accurate, for being a selfish son of a bitch, no matter what. He is in the public eye afterall, and I'm not usually considered charitable, but even my non Church charitable contributions make that look like a pittance. And again, I admit I'm selfish and focused often too much upon money.
I never said it wasn't charitable. And I wasn't talking about Biden.

I was suggesting that it's not quite valid to compare Utah to the other states because one is failing to take into account the outright coercion taking place there.

? Palin admitted she got $150000 in clothing. There is nothing to conclude other than she got $150000 in clothing. There are lots of possibilities with respect to Obama and Biden and their degree of charity. If those are the situations you are wanting to compare, you are going to lose.

Now you're channeling Mike and trolling. AFter the discussion in this thread to this point that response is beneath you.

Moreover, what percetnage of other states include persons afraid of eternal consequences?

I don't claim my tithing on my taxes as a charitable donation, largely because I don't view it as charity, and in part because I feel it means I am trying to take financial advantage of a sacred payment to the Lord. It cheapens the contribution, for me. Say what you will, but you have no idea what Biden donates or does not.

I don't believe you.

I also highly doubt that Mr. Joe always-subtle-and-reserved Biden would be giving lots of cash in private and would choose to never utter a word about it. This is a guy who stole someone else's life story so he could look better, after all.

I believe Cali. From what I gather, he doesn't have enough earned income to itemize.
