My guess is 24th century. There's no evidence in episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation that Mormonism still exists.

What would be something that would destroy Mormonism?

The same reason Christianity has been shrinking in numbers and influence all over the west. I bet someone smart could develop an algorithm predicting the ultimate disappearance of Christianity worldwide.

Catholics, Jews, Hindus, and Muslims get together and form the Religious BCS in anticipation of Judgment Day.
Mormons are left out in the cold with smaller sects like to Protestants and Wiccans to fight for an at-large bid.

How much is Christianity shrinking? Not being a smart ass (mostly), curious where the data's from.
