Waters, what this thread illustrates is how useless "the scriptures" are as a paradigm for solving many hard issues.

Respectfully disagree. The scritures have over 1,000 chapters, with hundreds and thousands of examples and illustrations over 100,000 verses.

The sole scripture that Mike began this thread with does not illustrate how to solve this particular issue; rather it is just a promise.
