The last 3 years they have asked me for half up front and then half when the order gets here. I'm not really that excited about trying to collect money twice from a bunch of strangers, so we usually just all pay the whole amount up front.
It looks like they are finally moving forward, so I would expect that once we get the final orders placed in the next week or two that they will give us a solid final price. If you want to get one for sure, just board mail me what you want (jersey and/or bibshort) and what size. Once they place the order with Louis Garneau, it seems like it usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks to manufacture and ship them out. Hopefully they will be here by the ULCER for you guys that are going this year. |

Here is the email that I just got from the y cycling club regarding the jersey order. Prices for jerseys went down slightly, while bibshorts went up, so if you get the kit it evens out. They also added shorts, which was new this year.
He also included his contact info, if you would prefer to pay him directly. Otherwise, I will be sending in a group order for all of cougarguard and my local buddies. Please let me know ASAP what you decide. Money is due to him by May 5th, so I will need money from all of you by Friday May 2nd if possible. Please boardmail or email me as soon as you can so we can make whatever arrangement need to happen. Thanks everyone. BTW, Babs Gordon, I still haven't received your order for your new BYU cycling gear. I know how badly you felt last year about missing out. I didn't want the same thing to happen again this year. Blue-
If I get one, I will drive over to Provo and talk/pay for the jersey there. I am partial for the oval "Y" and am in a state of indecision right now if I should pick one up now or wait for the oval Y. (Dang! Missed the oval Y last year)...because I'll only be getting one "Y" jersey. Thanks for the address...I met with him last year when I found out I was too late for the oval Y.

Order is already in the mail. Thanks!
Hopefully they will come in time for a race mid-July.
