So based on the evidence they have, they are seeking to have custody permanently stripped for all the children, even infants?

It's a brave new world. And I bet the state authorities win. The whole system stands in opposition to the FLDS.

If there's evidence that the entire sect is participating in abusive practices, do you disagree with the removal of the children from that environment?

I admit, I struggle with any all-inclusive decisions, which is why I'm choosing to wait until I have more information on the evidences involved before I come to any sort of conclusion.
