He should change all his positions that got him this far. He should say water boarding is not torture, or the president gets to decide what's torture; he should excoriate gays and say he's for an anti-gay amendment; he should condemn illegals and say no breaks; he should tout a Constitutional amendment banning abortion everywhere; he should say let's turn ANWR into a pin cushion; he should publically confirm that Jesus is his personal savior and we all need a copy of the Ten Commandments in our courthouses. That might work. Everyone changes their positions to suit political strategy in presidential elections, right? Maybe then the Tex- and Coulter-types will like him better and not "sit this one out."
