Maybe you should sit this one out, TB. I have no guile here. Romney talked about science education in the context of "dirty water." This is not a question of him being taken out of context.

You're being hypersensitive.

I'm not suggesting guile. I simply don't understand your comment and was hoping for an explination. I'm not trying to pick a fight etc.

I believe the term he used was "filthy water." And like TB, I have no idea what you're getting at. You need to explain for us troglodytes.

Maybe he was talking about environmental issues (clean water) being a more important than trying to have some form of kindergarten sex-ed program.

Nope. Not biting. Your feigning ignorance, anti-intellectual martyr routine won't fly here. And you wonder why people find you disingenuous.

Later in the article there is a mention of television and media influence on children. Perhaps that is the "filthy water" he was referring to, but its not real clear in that piece.

Heh, amusing. I honestly have no idea what he's talking about, and SIEQ thinks I'm "feigning." Maybe I'll Google "filthy water" and see what it comes up with.

Speaking of which, I saw your Romney banner in one of the CB links. Very nice...

I wonder if Fred Thompson is delaying his entry as long as possible while he watches the three GOP front-runners make fools of themselves...

Regarding Romney's comment, I have no problem with children being taught to protect themselves from sexual predators.

I fail to see what makes Thompson an ideal candidate. But you have to admit there's wisdom in his delaying while the other guys beat themselves up.
