Silva has been trying to get this fight for 3+ year now and it appears we'll never get to see the fight.

But Liddell v. Jardine? Jardine just got his ass knocked out and now will headline a PPV against the most popular American MMA fighter in the world. They trying to hand Liddell a win?

Yeah this sucks, on Silvas website he said he would fight Liddell if it was in November, but Dana has no headliner for the September card, so I think he was trying to force Silva in to fighting then. Jardine is overrated as hell, Chuck will murder him.

Wow, this is bad. Jardine is highly overrated. He ate so many uppercuts in his last fight that he looked like PEZ dispenser. How on earth does he deserve a fight with Liddel?

This is what concerns me about MMA with Zuffa in complete control, the power plays they constantly play.

We don't know how good Liddell is because he was fed cup cake after cup cake. Now, coming off a legitimate defeat he is headling a PPV against a maybe top 20 light heavy?

I don't blame Silva for not taking the fight in September. He is coming off two very bad losses and had plans to sit out an entire year. I wouldn't rush into a fight with a dude who has fought infrequent, cream puffs over the past 3 years.
