I love Disneyland. I am an annual passholder, and so I only got in the evenings for a few hours at a time, which does make a big difference though. You need to know what time of year to go too. If you go during the busy times you'll hate the place, you try a nice weekend in February or March and the lines are really short. Of course I did accidentally show up for "gay days" last year on accident. I couldn't believe crowded it was. We walked in, made it all the way to New Orleans square, caught the train back to the main entrance and left.

The lines are a secondary issue for us. We generally planned our trips when the crowds were down.
