Apparently, this is not "Ivan the Terrible", but stands accused of being a guard at the Nazi death camps.

If he's guilty, I'm not altogether against zapping him in the chair or whatever.

What I'm curious about is the larger implication--if Alberto Gonzalez is guilty of war crimes at Guantanamo for approving torture, and this John D. is guilty of war crimes by merely being a low-level guard, doesn't that mean that all the military that participated in Guantanamo, too, could face war crimes?

Isn't that the logic we are dealing with here?

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
