McCain and the supreme court

I tend to agree with this take. I don't think McCain's court appointments would be much different than Obama's. And even if Obama wins, the justices most likely to need to be replaced will all be liberal ones, which means the balance is not likely to change. For the record, I'm not voting for Obama or McCain.
