The 11 year old boy I took with me on the father/son campout, who has no father, because he was murdered....we were driving through a field, and there were a lot of cows about 100 yards away, and he says he had never seen a cow before.

Blew me away. His universe is only a few square miles. The church can be a real benefit for him. An opportunity to mingle with educated people that can help expand his world. He's a good kid.
