Bummer about missing the anniversary and the first words.
We have a district snow camp here that fell on Valentines day a couple of years ago. That was not a happy time in the bluegoose household. And Hippie and Lingo, just for clarification, its not camping, its scout camping. There is a difference. Camping is out with the guys in the wilderness areas. Scout camping has enough inconviences, such as singing or cheering for your food, that a leader should have as many luxuries available as possible. I'm all for having the option of cots, cabins, cafeteria food and internet access if given the choice. I love backpacking and all, but sleeping on the cold, hard ground is over-rated. |
