That is impressive at any weight, but at 300, that means you are pretty flexible. You have to be able to squat low, jump as high as possible, kick your leg straight out, and land it all within a matter of a seconds?
If you dont nail it exactly on your bolts, you are looking at a snapped deck.
I saw Ryan Sheckler skate at the Open in HB last summer. that kid is amazing. he did a cool trick called a Beni-Hana finger flip. Would have been cool to catch him when he was around 8 or 9.

I better add a disclaimer that I have not tried in about a year but I used to be able to do one. I think it would come back pretty easily. I also practiced every day in highschool, I didnt really skate, all I wanted to learn was hot to do a kick flip, so I practiced it over and over again.
