So I stayed within my calorie range this week, ran a half marathon on Saturday (just wanted to see if I could do it two weekends in a row), ate well (within my calories) and lost 0 lbs. This is the first week I haven't lost in 9.
I did add more strength training this week which will help me more in the long run. I'm not discouraged.
