The Pac 10 regularly wins a lot of games in the NCAA tournament, and most of its teams have has NCAA tournament success. The MWC doesn't compare.

UNLV has had success and last year fared well. They have a good coach for now and will continue to succeed, though they lost a lot this year from past year. I will not argue about BYU's sucky NCAA tourney experiences.
