If your father is a stake president, stake patriarch or GA
what status in Mormon aristocrasy does that convey to you, as his progeny?

Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith. |

In my experience, everyone of these people I've known has had at least one son what was a complete a-hole.

It may not be true in general. But I don't hear anyone disagreeing with me. |

As per Archaea below regarding one of my questions below earlier in the week...I refer him to his own hypocrisy regarding the question he posed in this thread.

The children of folks in prominent church positions inevitably endure more scrutiny than those who don't, and that's normal and expected.
While most of them are likely good people just like and you and me, they are human too. Some don't like the pressure and rebel as a result. Some like the attention and garner a little extra pride. And some handle it with grace. I've seen all kinds. Good to know we're all just human beings. |
