Default Which loss is more ignominious?

2005 SDSU or 2007 Tulsa?

I vote for the loss to Tulsa which is very average. Hopefully, some of the work ethic exhibited last year will rise again, as this year the team thought it waltz on through the season without effort or focus.

The two worst losses BYU has experienced rank first with Nevada under Crowton and next the 1985 loss to UTEP, but the worst loss of any team ever has to be the USC 1985 loss to Oregon State which had its greatest upset victory ever that year, although it sandwiched that uspet win between two blowout losses.

2005 SDSU. It was a worse performance against an even worse team.

No way. SDSU was way, way worse. Tulsa has a great chance of winning C-USA and 9-10 games this year. SDSU in 2005 was in the last throes of the Tom Craft era and not going to a bowl. This game BYU fought for, even if they made tons of errors, against SDSU there was no life.
That was the worst I have ever seen them play in my life in regard to the level of competition and fire. After that game I truly thought we might not win another game all season.

This one was a lot more troublesome to me. I hadn't bought into Bronco being a great coach back in 2005.

SDSU by far.

SDSU was worse than BYU and Tulsa and still is.

SDSU without question. Tulsa is a good football team.

SDSU by a mile. While disappointed, I'm really not that "troubled" by the loss to Tulsa.

They're both similar games, but Tulsa is a much better team and we were in a position to win the game with some plays at the end.

Worst loss for me of memory is that UNLV loss at home in '04.

Let's face it. The Crowton era gave us lots of horrible losses. Anyone remember the CSU and BSU blowouts at LES?

Those were horrible, however losing at home by 21 points to UNLV is an unpardonable sin. I think it's somewhere in D&C.
