Default How much do convenience stores rule?

A ton, I think.

I really enjoy heading over to 7-Eleven for lunch to grab a Big Bite with fresh toppings, a Big Gulp full of Diet Coke and a sweet treat. Maverick in Utah is another excellent convenience store. Their Hot Dogs don't touch 7-Eleven's but they make up for it in other areas, such as their frozen yogurt.

I started my convenience store patronage in Jr. High, but it really hit fever pitch on my mission. Nothing like heading into a Taiwanese 7-Eleven for a Big Gulp (only 32 oz., not the 44 oz. us Americans are blessed with) and some cold noodles. I'm now a full fledged convenience store junkie. I believe my life is better for it.

Gillispie at A&M mainly eats from convenience stores. You guys could probably go on a convenience store date.

That'd be nice, but I already have like three or four people at work I go to convenience stores with.

You probably wouldn't have had time to enjoy it in between baptizing entire villages.

On the contrary - he could have baptized villages in a font filled with slurpee.

When i was growing up my family was really inactive and to be honest from about 15-18 the only reason i went to church was due to some hot chicks in my sunday school class. Every sunday after church (or during didnt matter), me and my friend and these two girls would drive from Spanish Fork to the Springville 7-11, I would get a slurpee and a Big Eds Super Saucer (cookie ice cream sandwich), everyone else would get the same thign every week, we would head up hobble creek canyon eat and make out.

Those were the good old days.

LOL! I'd be interested to see if the Sunday morning conversatoin went like this at your house while growing up:

cougjunkie: "Mom! Dad! Get up! We're going to be late for church!"

cj's Mom: "junkie, it's only 6:00 in the morning. Church doesn't start until 11:00."

cj: "Yeah, but I don't want to be late. The lesson in Sunday School is going to be something that I need to hear, just like it is every week! I need this!"

Was that close?

Church!

Church? Well tell them we are sick for me will you?

Sure, but you have been sick for two years.

And?

Ok I need the car

Church is a block away walk your ass over there.

I have to pickup fast offerings.

Fine.

Worked everytime.
