What a change one win makes

Of course, long-suffering Cougs don't know what that feels like since Shawn Bradley left the fold.

Not that the details are important. Honestly my man, if you can't find some fun, joy or excitement in the current state of BYU sports you might not ever find it. BOO YA!

I'm still curious why it makes that much difference if BYU gets within 3 points with a minute to go only to lose in the first round as opposed to say the 1992-1993 team which got to within 4 points with 4 minutes to go only to lose in the 2nd round. Apparently, beating SMU that year was so memorable that Arch can't even associate the win with the correct season.
Methinks that the bellyaching ratio would have been nearly identical then had sufficient technology existed to capture such sentiments. |

When your team is a proverbial beeatch for Tourney teams, you look to the Tourney with a sentiment of resignation. Was it the Virginia beating team that got whooped by Louisville in the next game or the SMU team?

Back then I would think, gee, "we're almost there. And we were until we fell off the map."

Why can't we even enjoy a Princeton type success?

Princeton type success? What has Princeton's NCAA record been over the last 25 years?
