Default One regret of my self imposed exile

from CB is when discussions go on like "what is a mullah" and some lightweights when it comes to this subject chime in as if they know something.

Do you see the beauty in such a post. He is a judge on an anonymous board as to whether someone breaks commandments and the reason they do so. It would be interesting to know if he considers counsel as commandments. My guess would be he does.

Caveat: Maybe his post was tic, but it didn't say so.

So let me see if I understand ...

Calling someone a mullah: not judgmental.
Calling the person who called you a mullah disobedient: judgmental.

Just want to make sure I get this straight.

This judgement thing is horsecrap. We make judgements all the time. How do you think we get the label, conservative, liberal, independent, libertarian, etc. It is because of the judgements we make about things.

However, have you ever seen me indicate a "mullah" is breaking any of God's commandments. Have you ever seen me indicate where they are going to end up.

Instead of judging, let me give you a character trait of a mullah. They are thin skinned and threatened if their beliefs are challenged.

Maybe "judgmental" isn't the right word. Maybe "self-righteous" is more accurate.

If you can't tell the difference between someone being self-righteously judgmental, and someone calling out the self-righteously judgmental, I guess there's just a commication disconnect that may not be salvageable.
