Resting heart rate
So at admission into the hospital, the nurse got my resting heart rate at 55 bpm.
I tell you, Lance Armstrong's got nothing on me! (Well, there is that whole seven Tour wins thing, but I mean other than that.) |

I suppose we can assume that the surgery went well and that you're not posting from the great beyond?

I've never in my life had a resting pulse of 55. But I'll happily claim it from now until eternity.
Yes, I'm doing quite well, thank you. Doctor says no housework for two weeks. Husband says, "Did you tell her you haven't done any housework in the last two years?!?" ha. ha. |

Good job.
My wife is technically a corpse, with her early morning resting heart rate a 38. I felt good with mine below fifty until I saw the vampiress's lack of heart rate.
