I don't get the poster. Who is going to pay the quarter? The dog? Dogs don't have quarters. Is it the dogs' owners who are going to pay? That doesn't make sense either. Who's going to pay a quarter to get their dog blown? I really don't understand where the quarter is coming from.

Am I over thinking this?

LOL, thanks for the additional laughs. I found this while trying to find a screenshot from Wayne's World where the cue cards while interviewing the sponser says "He blows goats. I have proof."
