Interesting that Mormons were banned from Masonry for about a century (if my memory is correct), especially since THEY'RE the ones who stole God's temple ceremony.

During a law school clerkship I had a client who was being inducted into the 32 degree Scottish Masonry the day after a criminal trial. Prior to trial, he pulled me aside and asked me if I was a mason. Before I could answer, he used a handshake recognized by endowed LDS and Masons, looked me in the eye and winked. I've always wondered why he did that, maybe he saw the symbols on my garments through my white shirt. The judge eventually dismissed the charges and the client swore it's because he wore his mason ring.
