I only go up to LA when I absolutely have to do so.

It is about $13 in gas for one round trip.

I rarely peel out anymore thanks to Bush and his rich oil cronies.

I no longer drive with the parking brake on although I still keep the truck in four low at all times regardless of need.

I am going to start my bike commuting again. I suppose I have to answer "no" until I actually start that commute though. My plan is this week.

Current prices have curbed a lot of my frivolous driving.

For the most part we drive our sedan out of town rather than the SUV.

My commute is 6 miles each way. I do a small amount of additional driving for shopping and church work. Those necessities don't really change, so my driving habits are unchanged.

I probably put 700 miles a month on my car.

I answered no, because I haven't really cut out any driving. I do think harder about driving places and try to plan errands to minimize gas consumption. So maybe I have changed slightly.

Since your classic RV gets about 8 mpg, and the price of diesel is hovering around $4.25, you won't see many people spending 55 cents per mile driving around the country this summer. As a result, the freeways will be less clogged, producing slightly better efficiency for all of the other motorists.
