Hurricane Ike
I'm really hoping that Ike goes to Mexico and not Texas or Louisiana.
Let's let Mexico take one for the team, this once. |

Plus they're already living in third world conditions down there so a hurricane ripping through won't have much of an effect on their lifestyle.

I'm not suggesting it's good or bad for them but rather neutral. Their mud and stick houses probably fall down on a regular basis anyway so I'm sure they're used to rebuilding. And they don't have much in the way of personal belongings so nothing to lose.

I know. That's why I said I'm not making a value judgment as to whether the hurricane is good or bad for those Mexicans who would be affected. Rather that they have less to lose so from an economic standpoint it would be better if they were hit rather than the United States.

Too bad the hurricane can't hit Graybull, WY straight on. And stay over it for a couple of days.

If it did you wouldn't hear anybody there whining for help from the government. The good folks across the mountain take care of their own when tragedy strikes.

I call bullshit on this. You'd all have your hands out like everyone else.
