I doubt anyone plays more than 30 minutes. I expect Tavernari, Plaisted and Cummard to all get close to that. You forgot Archie Rose who I think will be Cummard principle back up.

I don't understand why to play Miles only 4 mpg this year. If he ain't worthy of 15-20 then redshirt him.

I could see Burgess losing minutes to Jimmer, but I don't believe Jimmer will take either his starting position or crunch time minutes unless Jimmer is en fuego. Lets not forget that Burgess does have the ability to drain the 3.

If Jimmer is really all-world, shouldn't he get significant PT? I'm worried because it looked like Jimmer's competition in high school is generally worse than avg. pickup bball around here.

Jimmer is not athletic enough to be all world. I doubt he is ever a real good defender, but I think he is a pure scorer. Trent Whiting as an off guard.

I will bet he shoots as well as Rose did but with more ability to take it to the hole and hit the pull up or dish.

Can he score more than the guy he is assigned to guard? Can he create his own shot at this level? or he is a going to be the guy who stands around the line and waits for the double team, to take an open set shot?

He's more athletic than you think. He's not quick but he's athletic and he'll be able to create his shot. He's actually pretty comparable to Burgess but a better shot and maybe slightly slower. He'll struggle shuffling on D with a quick guard.

It will depend who he is guarding as well as other variables, in hoops defense is a team game. My guess is that with the way Rose coaches his team the primary focus will continue to be on outscoring the opponent. I doubt Jimmer is ever called upon to guard the opponents best perimeter player.

I think as a freshman it will be more standing around and coming off of pics as well as 3s in transition like Mike Rose. As he progresses he will reinvent himself yearly into a bad mamba jamba and develop the ability to take it to the rack as well as a pull up game.

Jimmer was supposedly twice the MVP of some Bronx Bust 3 on 3 summer tournament. The kid is more athlete than many are giving him credit.

Well the truth will soon be obvious, one way or another.
