Default I'm trying to watch the Orange Bowl

But man this is even more boring than the first half of yesterday's game. I can't think that the BCS itself is happy with what they've given us this year. Four blowouts and a championship game that nobody cares about. Yay.

I don't think dragging this thing out over 4-5 days after New Years is very helpful. You're right, aside from the schools and communities involved, who cares? And when is the BCS Champ game? Tomorrow night, or saturday night?

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

The 7th, I think. The game is turning out better than it seemed it would, though I'm only keeping track on a game tracker at this point.
