Did my pre-father’s day triathlon.
- three hours of volleyball in the early morning. - 18 holes of golf starting in the late morning. - now off for a quick 15 mile ride. But not hot here - 68 and partly cloudy. |

Had my first good peck today. Came down a hill and hit a standing-water-muddy-flat section. Got sideways in it, after making the decision to try and power through it. Lost my balance, became fully dislodged from by bike and fully lodged in a blackberry bush. "What a wonderful sensation on my legs and fingers", I thought to myself. The trail was empty, no one saw me being a newb. It was still a fun ride and good workout. |
