My trip to Ann Arbor is turning out pretty well
Wednesday:
Drive from Memphis to Nauvoo Thursday: Drive to Chicago, see the temple, see Cubs-Phillies at Wrigley Friday: Drive to South Bend, see the College Football Hall of Fame and Notre Dame, drive to Ann Arbor Saturday: Utes-Wolverines Sunday: Drive to Detroit, see the temple, Tigers-Royals day game, maybe visit Windsor Ontario, drive to Kirtland Monday: Visit Kirtland, drive to Cleveland, see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum, Indians-Sox at Jacobs Field Tuesday: Drive to Canton, see the NFL Hall of Fame, drive to the Columbus temple, drive to Cincinnati, see the Reds-Pirates Wednesday: Drive to Louisville temple, drive to Nashville temple, see Country Music Hall of Fame, drive home Staying with friends in Chicago and Cincinnati, plus sharing two nights in Ann Arbor with two others, plus getting free Utes and Tigers tickets, means the whole trip will probably be about $800. Any other suggestions? |

Yes, but I'm trying not to use that kind of language.
And I'm only thinking what I am suggesting you do out of envy. Nothing personal.

LOL, I'm hoping to pick up a little work along the way to defray some of the cost. If all goes as planned, this will make 39 temples and 20 MLB teams.
The Bears are hosting a Thursday night pre-season game, so I have to choose: Soldier Field or Wrigley Field? |

Ann Arbor's a really cool town. Great restaurants.
Can't miss Zingerman's Deli--expensive, but the best sandwiches on the planet. http://www.zingermansdeli.com/content/pages/home.php |

If it was a Bears/Packers regular season game, the choice would still be Wrigley, but I'd have to actually take .25 seconds to think about it.

wrigley is the choice. Especially now that soldier field looks like a flying saucer landed on it.
