So it's legal to pay two or more persons to have sex
in order to produce porn, but it's not legal for a man to pay a woman to have sex, or vice versa when it's not for publication.
Does anybody else sense a wee bit of irony? So if you go to a hooker, hire her to produce internet porn of your dalliance, it now becomes protected by the first amendment and is not prosecutable?

In the Greatest State in the Union, Nevada, in all but the two or three largest counties, it is legal.
