I didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling I was hoping for. Images of the "Jack My Price Up" commercial kept going through my mind as I was in a "chat session" with the customer service representative. I decided against DirectTV because I just can't believe they will get the mtn channel before football season. I'm not in a contract though so if I want I can change I guess if I want.
