Houston pays much more than KWhitt makes. It's out of Ludwig's league.

Now CSU and div 1aa schools, those are possibilities.

Much less so. Anae has TT connections, therefore has Texas connections, has been OC at BYU, a school that would be considered more noteworthy than Houston, etc.

Nobody is hoping Anae gets fired. 3/4s of Utes are hoping Ludwig gets fired.

Ludwig has Oregon connections. He has coached some great Qbs and offenses (two #1 picks).

Because he has lived and recruited in Texas where probably 90% of Houston recruits are from, yes he is in a better situation. No one gives a *&^ about Oregon recruits in Texas, LOL. Who on the Utah staff knows South Dakota recruiting? No one is Texas gives a *&## about that either.

Utah doesn't recruit in Texas? Ludwig has never recruited there? Unless Houston and Texas Tech have some connection like their AD came from there while Anae was coaching there then I'm not sure how Anae is more likely than Ludwig.

To be honest they will look at who their AD knows and get recommendations. Who knows if Anae or Ludwig's name would even come up.

I am not sure this thread is allowed as SeattleUte didn't clear it first and it has now mentioned Oregon which he also does not allow.

However Ludwig has no Oregon connections. He was fired by their HC, the AD he worked for has since been fired also.
