Last I heard he was at UVSC trying to keep his credits up and is hopeful after doing what's been outlined to him,,that he hopes to return to BYU.

Of course the last I heard that was several weeks ago..and those were intentions....since UVSC's semester hadn't started yet. As of now I've no idea if he's really in school there or somewhere else.

I also haven't heard if there's been any resolution with his case or if it's being strung out.

I don't know. But Tulsa would have been a different game with him and RT in there. Losing both of those guys sucked.
