Impartial jurors at Gitmo

An Army colonel who was at the Pentagon on September 11 and watched the hijacked plane burn had expressed concern in a questionnaire sent to the jurors that dangerous suspects might be freed on legal technicalities, and "they may turn around and we would see them attacking the United States."

He said he could be an impartial juror.

Isn't that the judge's job to figure out the admissibility? If the judge lets it in, then the juror should take that evidence into account when rendering a verdict.
