Have you seen the ads on McCain's cancer?
Wow, just wow.

Obama's camp seems to have timing issues, don't you think?
Obama's first foray into the world of PAC-sponsored smut, and he decides to launch it when? When McCain calls for a cease-fire so that the Senators can focus on the economic proposal for the good of the nation. And you release an ad about McCain's past with cancer when? When analysts were just noticing this week that the right side of McCain's face appears to be worsening. When there's speculation that he might have needed a week's break from campaigning to seek medical attention. Imagine the backlash if it turns out Obama-friendly PACs have released this campaign just as McCain is being diagnosed with a recurrence of melanoma. (Analyzing the political ramifications of such a situation seems crass, so I apologize in advance.) McCain's face did look pretty bad yesterday. I hope it was just a bad makeup day or something and that he's okay. |

If you watch politics much, you've seen the changes in McCain's appearance. The rumors are circulating around the blogosphere. Nothing credible. |

I'd give anything to be buddies with Scarlett Johansen.
