Default So Obama breaks campaign promise on NAFTA and China

<Applause>

My favorite campaign moment: While Obama was hammering Hillary in the Midwest on NAFTA, Goolsbee slips off to tell the Canadians, "Hehe. Obama just kidding. Hehe. Obama no fundamentally change agreement."

Now let's build the NAFTA superhighway.

Mexico has many problems, but not trading with them sure wouldn't fix anything.

If we're gonna trade with Mexico, we may as well facilitate it.

Let's build it!

Hell, let's just erase the borders and create a European-style North American Union!!

Oh wait, that's the plan. We're already wiping our ass with the constitution anyway, so no biggie.

Are they still working on the Texas portion, the TTC? I heard it's supposed to be over a thousand feet wide. Good heavens...

I don't know what's become of it. It is very controversial. A lot of small towns and landowners are vehemently against it, as you can imagine.

There was a lot of talk about it for a while, but I haven't heard about it in the news for some time.

No doubt the oligarchs will win, and the little guys will lose. That, I can guarantee.

Well good to hear it's died down, at least for now. The whole thing with Rick Perry and threatening Texas secession or whatever just made me roll my eyes - the guy was pushing the TTC big time a couple years ago. But now that dems are in power he's back to being a small government man of the people. Please.
