Default being at work sucks when you have a new bike

I want to get home so I can try it out for the first time. I get the sense from my 3 minute joy ride that it is faster, easier up the hills. But hopefully today I will have a better sense.

I picked up some carbon graphite boron wheels, believing they would make me faster. And although I was pleased with the feel, I didn't become Armstrong. What I noticed was how they glided easier and seemed to require less effort but I didn't notice actually riding faster.

I don't pay for anything, and if I do pay, I don't pay retail, wholesale or better is my motto. Hint: they are a client.
